After the Yangbi and Maduo earthquakes, the emergency management department started the third-level and second-level emergency response to earthquake disasters respectively; The Emergency Management Department and the Seismological Bureau of China sent a working group to Yunnan and Qinghai overnight to guide and assist local governments in carrying out emergency rescue and disaster relief work.
